The Chester CUSD #139 in Chester, Illinois recommended approving GRP|WEGMAN as the district’s Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting provider on February 24, 2026. The district intends on enter into a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract with GRP|WEGMAN for all buildings in a phased approach on or after March 19, 2026. The Board of Education directs the Superintendent to enter into contract with GRP|WEGMAN after this time.
